Moose Monday: Father's Day Edition

Happy Moose Monday!!

This weekend was a nice fun and relaxing one all about celebrating Dad!

We kicked it off on Friday afternoon when Mom let me give Dad his first gift because it came in the mail that day.

I carried it over to him on the couch.

And then waited patiently while he opened it

It was a mouse pad with a picture of me so he can think of me all day at work!

And he loved it!!

We decided to wait to give him the rest of his gifts on Sunday.

Saturday, Mom and Dad had plans to do a ton of chores around the house.

I decided to start my day chewing on a bone in bed.

This is how all great Saturdays should start!

Once I was done with my chew toy, I decided to check out what Mom was doing downstairs.

Turns out she hadn't even started chores yet and was starting her day with some coffee!

Luckily, I was in time to share her whipped cream that she puts on her coffee on the weekends!

 Plus, check out Mom's new mug!

I decided it was time for my walk and brought my collar over to her and placed it by her mug so she wouldn't miss it!

After my walk, we finally got started on chores for the day.

We worked hard organizing and cleaning inside and even worked on cleaning up the garden outside.

Once we were done with chores, we decided to relax.

The O's game was on for Mom and Dad and I took a nice nap.

And then before I knew it, Sunday was here!

It was Father's Day!!

I woke Mom up early so that we could sneak downstairs and make Dad breakfast in bed.

We made his favorite breakfast and got everything together on a tray.

Getting everything ready to go!

Then, we brought it upstairs, along with his other gifts.

He loved it!

It did look quite yummy if I say so myself.

Mom thought it would be fun to walk to the Farmer's Market on Sunday

Which it was...until I got too tired to keep going...

...so we waited under a nice big tree for Dad to come get us.

Thank goodness he was able to come get us--it was too hot out for me to keep going.

Don't worry, we were still able to go to the Farmer's Market.

It was a win, win.

The rest of the day was spent doing all of our favorite things with a few chores mixed in that we hadn't finished on Saturday.

We relaxed!

We played!

 And then we made a delicious dinner on the grill!

It was the perfect day!

And to top it off...

we wrapped up the evening with some great "Sunday Night Programming" as Dad calls it.
