Friday Favorites: Halloween Weekend Edition

Happy Friday and Official Kick Off to Halloween Weekend!

I hope you have a spooky and fun weekend!

But first...check out my favorites for the week!

ONE

It's been a busy, busy month so better late than never we will be hitting the pumpkin patch this evening to pick out the perfect pumpkins.

I can't wait for the fun adventure with two of my FAVORITE humans. 

We even have a Star Wars carving kit to use once we get them!

TWO

We had a new fun toy in my Bark Box this month.

It is a treat dispenser bone!

Mom put a few bits of my food inside the sections and I got to find them.

I loved playing with it and it kept me busy for quite awhile.

THREE

While, Halloween is definitely a FAVORITE, some of the spooky decorations are NOT. 

I guess Mom's lights and Yoda candy bowl are okay...I'll let them stay.

But I see this same scarecrow on our walks and it really freaks me out- time to switch up the route!

FOUR

Did someone say walk?

I sit in my FAVORITE spot while my humans get ready to take me on my walk.

 Walks sure are the best time of the day!

FIVE

Speaking of walks...with the cold weather upon us, I've had to grab my warm hat!

 It's not always a FAVORITE but it does keep my ears and little head warm.

Enjoy trick or treating!

I can't wait to dress up and watch all the kiddos from my favorite spot!

My parents adopted me at the end of June from Adopt a Boxer Rescue. 

I have had the best life ever since; full of treats, car rides, and dog friends. 

I love to look out the window and front door all day. 

I go to the dog park 1-3 times a week where I started to enjoy laying around in the dog pool!

Moose Monday: Update on Eddie

Happy Moose Monday!!

Today I'm updating you all on my cousin Eddie!

To read what happened to him, check out these previous posts.

First, thank you all for your prayers, messages, and thoughts during Eddie's recovery.
The good news is the long weeks confined to just his crate are behind him!

He's doing really well and is going through rehab exercises with Bryan and Kori.
They also upgraded his lifestyle and built him this awesome pen so he has more room to hang out!

He won't have free roam of the house very often because he can no longer do any stairs or jumping onto the couches, etc. So when he can't be watched constantly he gets to hang in his pretty cool pen!

He gets daily time out of his pen and daily walks to help him restrengthen the muscles in his back and legs. 

He's definitely in better spirits and on the mend!

I like his moose toy! I think I gave him that one for Christmas last year ;)

 

The other big news in Ed's little life is he welcomed his new baby sister a few weeks ago!

He is sill getting used to her and she's still getting used to him, too.

Although, I heard he did give her some kisses...so they're moving in the right direction!

Yay for Eddie! I can't wait to play with him soon!

Friday Favorites: Celebrations Galore

Happy Friday!!

I'm back after a little Blog Break to celebrate a lot of great humans in my life and then to catch up on some sleep after those celebrations.

Anyways, I'm so happy to be back with you all for Friday Favorites!

ONE

Speaking of celebrations...they were all FAVORITES this past week or so
Here's all the FAVORITE celebrations galore...

Aunt Kori celebrated her birthday

Uncle Tom celebrated his birthday

Aunt Brittany and Uncle Kevin got married

Mom and Dad were both in the wedding...can you spot them?

Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Karen had their birthdays!

Phew, so many FAVORITE humans!!
With just one long weekend, we were able to fit them all in.

TWO

After celebrations like that, sleeping becomes a FAVORITE.

I've been catching as much shut eye this week as possible.
You could find me snoozing most of the week.

THREE

Mom did have off of work on Monday, so we snuggled and I helped her with some of her school work for Grad School.

Then, she had to hit our FAVORITE place Target to restock the house and she got me this toy!

Turkey Legs are a FAVORITE and when they come in the form of a toy...I'm in love!

FOUR

Uncle Scotty is coming to visit this weekend for some Fall Fun in our little town.
Snuggling with Uncle Scotty is always a FAVORITE.

FIVE

Last but certainly not least, while all of these celebrations were going on...I got to spend yet another weekend with my Gigi, Uncle Jim and Uncle Drew.

 FAVORITE humans and fun times galore!


I'm not going to know what to do with myself once our busy schedule dies down a little in November and I don't get to see and celebrate all of my humans all of the time.
At least I'll always have my top two FAVORITES...Mom and Dad.

Even when they're silly!

After all, silly must run in the fam...look at me with my pupachino cup the other day!
